Editors reserve the right to adjust the style to certain standards of uniformity.
Only original papers (not previously published) are accepted. The number of papers as first author is limited at 2(two). The paper can have one author (PhD student), or a group of authors (in this case, the first author must be PhD student).

The papers must be submitted in PDF format by using the conference management system provided by EasyChair, excepting the proposals for Creativity & Innovation, whose submission will be made in accordance with the instructions posted here. For the papers presented at conference, and accepted for publication by the scientific committee, the revised manuscript (which must be prepared in strict compliance with the editing template of the selected journal) will be submitted in editable file format (DOC/Word or TEX/Latex - for Mathematics & Informatics) by e-mail to ipc@unitbv.ro, along with the copyright form (both the template & copyright form are available in the Topics area).
